I was recently contacted by Perfect Locks to do a review of their hair. I selected their kinky curly lace front wig because I don't wear sew-ins like I used to and I was interested in knowing how theirs would fit. I love kinky/ curly hair, but the wig cap construction was unlike any that…
Heatless Spiral Curls In 4c Natural Hair: Soft Hair Spools
This is so cool. I was on the internet minding everybody's business but my own and discovered soft hair spools. They are a dupe of old school rollers in the shape of a spool. Naturally, I took to YouTube to hunt for tutorials. I din't see anything convincing, but I was fascinated, so I…

Hi everyone. Today, I will be giving away an edgestick by Azure Professional. The tool lays your hard-to-get edges down and also helped me smooth my straight extensions when I did my mock crochet braids. I will do a proper review of the product when I announce the winner, but for now, you may…

Lace Closure Wig With Side Bangs
I was finally able to make my own full wig with a lace closure and I could not contain myself. Eva Wigs sent me some extensions to review and I really wasn't in the mood for yet another sew-in. I decided that this would be a good time to start practicing my wig making. HAIR SPECS:…
Fastest Weave Removal? Ez Out Weave Review
I recently heard about Ez Out Weave. It is supposed to be a revolutionary way of removing your extensions in minutes and without hair loss. The general idea is that a solution that consists primarily of n-Butyl Acetate essentially causes the bonds in their rubbery weaving thread to break, so that we do not have…
No Heat Quick, Large Curls On Natural Hair
I’ve been up to no good again. A few months ago, I experimented with bubble wrap rollers on my hair. My results were nothing short of amazing. I essentially rolled bubble wrap and used it to curl my 4c hair from scratch. I never anticipated how amazing my firt-time results would be and I couldn’t help but wonder if the curls would look just as good if I made them larger. I decided to go ahead and do a large set as a challenge. I really didn’t have time to stretch or curl my hair and I wanted bigger curls. Here’s what I did:
1. I used my Entwine Naturalle Couture Creme Jelle Styler and Argan Oil to moisturize and seal my hair.
2. I cut a bubble wrap section approximately 3.5 inches wide to create my roller. I rolled the bubble wrap with the bubbles facing inward so that I could have a smooth set.
3. I rolled my hair and secured it with a bobby pin. This process took an hour and fifteen minutes. I dried my hair overnight and that took 11 hours. There really is nothing much to it. My previous bubble wrap style was featured on naturallycurly.com and Amanda did a fantastic job describing the process. I think it would be a great idea to check it out.
I claim yet another win in the name of Entwine. You ladies know I’ve been loving on these products since earlier this year and I’m not letting go.
Many of you were wondering if the bubble wrap made noise or was difficult to sleep in. The answer is no. I never heard it make any noise and the bubbles did not pop. I did feel like I was sleeping on pillows, so I didn’t have to toss and turn all night in the name of beauty.
What is your favorite curling routine?

My Natural Hair Story : 4 Years Of Learning
I can't believe it's been four years already. Most women say that they went natural for conventional reasons, but my story is a little different from the norm. I went natural because I never got to enjoy my relaxers. Two weeks into my relaxer, my kinks would come in with the wrath of Africa, and…
